Shipping policy

1. Processing Time:

  • We strive to process all orders within the same day but occasionally it may take up to 1 days after receiving your order confirmation.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • All products ship from Bronx, NY. The estimated delivery time will depend on your selected shipping method and location:
    • Standard Shipping: approx. 2-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: approx. 1-4 business days

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • If your correct email address is provided you will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:

  • We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

5. International Shipping:

  • We do not currently ship internationally.

6. Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frames, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders. We are not responsible for such delays.

8. Shipping Errors:

  • If there is an error with your shipping address or a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately at hi@peelerwallet.com. We will do our best to assist you, but please note that we are not responsible for delays or additional costs incurred due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
